How can Flo Nasal Mist help?
FLO Nasal Mist helps to relieve symptoms of cold and flu, hayfever and allergy, and can be used after nasal surgery. When the nose gets inflamed by irritants and allergens it can lead to sneezing, sniffling, and noses that are stuffy, runny, blocked or congested. Using a preservative- free nasal mist can help by:
- Washing away irritants and infectious material
- Washing away pollen and other allergens
- Thinning and helping to clear thick mucus
- Moisturising and soothing nasal tissues

How to use
- With the Flo Nasal Mist held upright insert the nozzle tip into one nostril
- For optimal coverage, angle the nozzle towards the earlobe on the same side as the nostril being treated
- Press down to start the spray and keep the touch button depressed for 2-3 seconds or as required.
- Remove the nozzle from your nostril and blow your nose gently.
- Repeat this process with the other nostril.
- After use, clean nozzle with soapy water, rinse with warm water and dry with a clean tissue. Replace protective cap.

Dosage Informaiton
FLO Nasal Mist can be used in adults and children over 3 years of age. Use up to 4 times daily or as often as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Varying dose of solution within recommendations may be achieved by holding down the touch button for longer or shorter periods of time.
Suitable for use in pregnancy and while breastfeeding

Is saline nasal spray a decongestant?
FLO Nasal Mist is a non-medicated product that provides a continuous spray of saline to gently relieve a blocked (congested) nose. It does not contain a decongestant.
Saline nasal sprays and washes work by thinning and washing out excess mucus and irritants that can cause a blocked nose and other nasal symptoms triggered by allergies and infections.
FLO Rapid Relief contains an effective decongestant (called xylometazoline hydrochloride) to help quickly clear a blocked or runny nose and provides relief for up to 10 hours after use. Do not use for more than 3 days at a time, unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist to do so.
